Before the beginning of polishing the boat, a lot of time is spent in preparing the surface about to be polished.
Firstly, all the surfaces to be polished are washed in fresh water and shampoo in order to remove dirt and scale. After that, the surfaces are degreased and prepared for polishing.
3M polishing pastes and wax are mostly used, and the choice of polishing paste depends on the state of surfaces to be polished. At times, the surface needs to be polished using wet and dry sandpaper.
When polishing is completed, wax is applied to the surfaces and all the surfaces are wiped.
Polishing is performed with Makita and Festol polishers according to the program and requirements, while some surfaces are polished manually.
Stainless steel fences, windows and other stainless steel surfaces are polished manually with stainless steel polishing paste.
